Pursuing independent Paths (PiP) is recruiting for multiple new trustees for our board. We are keen for trustees with a wide array of skills to join our board as we embark on a new five-year strategic plan.
Our ambition is this plan will see us consolidate our significant growth over the last five years, continue to expand the number of people we directly support, and scope how we influence systems change at a greater scale. This is a vital time in our over 40-years-plus journey as a charity and our trustees play a significant role in supporting, guiding, & governing our work.
Our current board is diverse across gender, race, age, and experience and this is a great strength that we’re keen to retain. So, if you’re a first-time trustee, have a non-typical background, or have access needs please do especially consider reaching out to discuss the role with our CEO.
