Enterprise Lead

We are recruiting a new Enterprise Lead to oversee our in-house paid training opportunities for students. The role will be varied working across our catering, gardening, and woodworking enterprises and will have significant autonomy to lead on strategy and delivery for these enterprises.

Learning Support Assistant
Come and join our dynamic and positive team to make a difference to the lives of adults with a learning disability or autism. In this diverse and challenging role, you will be responsible for:
– Supporting PiP students to participate and engage in a flexible programme of learning and development and achieve their ambitions.
– Supporting Development Workers to deliver a flexible and empowering programme of learning and development sessions across areas of our four key pathways: Independent Living Skills; Creative and Performing Arts; Health and Wellbeing; & Employment and Vocational Training.
– 1:1 key working responsibility to support students and their families to reach their independence goals.
