Arts Sector Employment Coach
Take the lead an an exciting new project supporting young adults with SEND into employment in the arts sector.
The Arts Sector Employment Coach will support young adults with SEND to apply for jobs within the Arts sector and coach them through the recruitment and induction process. The role incorporates:
- Working with the Arts organisations in making their recruitment processes accessible to candidates with disabilities
- Providing job coaching support to induct the new employee into their role
- Spreading awareness of the scheme and its impact with the aim of encouraging arts sector organisations to hire young adults with SEND is an integral part of the role

PiP’s philanthropic income has doubled in the last 16 months and this role is the next investment in our Development & Engagement team to steward our funders, secure new funders to maintain income levels, and better communicate our impact.
The role has three main areas of responsibility:
- Managing funding partners – primarily trusts & foundations but corporate income is growing
- Identifying and securing new income – primarily partners in the £5-25K p.a. range
- Manage PiP communications – focused across audiences including non-philanthropic
