At PiP, our vision is for all adults with a learning disability or autism to find their voice and lead a life of their choice.
Our face to face and online services support them to achieve their ambitions and move towards independence.
We do this by delivering a programme of learning that increases skills for independence, health and wellbeing, participation in the community and future prospects.
Person-centred planning is at the core of all of our services. We work with our students to produce individual timetables, based on the goals they want to achieve and the skills they want to improve.
Our learning programmes fall into four main programme strands:
Employment + Vocational Training
Learning, development and vocational training equip students with valuable skills for the future.
Independent Living Skills
We believe in promoting the choice and independence of the people that use our services, whatever independence means for them.
Creative + Performing Arts
It’s not just fun and games; creative and performing arts builds confidence and communication skills in our students.
Health, Wellbeing + Happiness
Being healthy and having the tools to manage your own health brings lots of benefits to our students.
